Our MISSION
To make history by winning the first Women’s AC and retaining the Youth AC for Britain, whilst simultaneously breaking down the barriers in our sport by creating a long-term equitable pathway with an ethos of sustainability, diversity & equality at its core.
Our VISION
Athena Pathway aims to lead the way in creating equal opportunity in professional sailing both on and off the water, whilst demonstrating the scope of the sport in driving ocean-focused climate action and emphasising the importance of gender equity and youth engagement in achieving sustained, positive change. We also understand the necessity of cooperation in acheiving progress on a global scale, and seek to highlight and develop partnerships and collaborations with pupose, over multiple fields.
